IN HOTEL

To assist young guests of the Grand Hôtel Billia, the Reception may provide contact details for baby sitters.

At the Reception, you can request photocopy service or printing of documents.

Check-in is from 14 and check-out is at 12.00; late check-out can be requested while booking and there is a surcharge

The Hotel accepts all major credit cards.

In each room is also available a similar panel for temperature regulation (heating/ air conditioning)

Grand Hôtel Billia, pays particular attention to the choice of systems, with a view to energy saving and environmental protection. For lighting, where possible, we use new technologies with “led” lights, ensuring energy savings of 50% compared to traditional lights. The choice of water and sanitary facilities and bathrooms follows the same philosophy. The structure, respecting the environment, is served by a modern thermal power plant, completely underground, which operates with new generation gas-fired boilers.

A separate waste bin is available in each room.

At the Grand Hôtel Billia we try to preserve nature through a systematic reduction in the consumption of chlorine, detergents and water and in the case of long stays is expected complete change of linen every three days; If you wish some towels to be changed more frequently, please leave them on the ground in the bathroom.

In your room is available the espresso machine.

To enjoy a steaming coffee – after verifying that the machine’s tank is equipped with water – insert the socket, the pod and press the on/off button.

A selection of coffee pods is at your disposal in the drawer below.

Press on the remote control the TV button and then select a channel.

By contacting n. 9 the Reception will ask for the intervention of the medical assistance

In your room is available the kettle with a selection of infusions in the drawer below.

To use it simply fill it with water, insert the socket and press the on/off button.

Whenever any guest belonging is found unattended in any part of the hotel, the housekeeping department is the first one to be informed and contacts the front desk, in case they have received any communication from any guests pertaining to the missing item.

Delivery to guests can be done in two ways: the guests visit the property to collect their belongings or the item is sent by registered post to the guests and costs are on their behalf. Lost item are stored in the hotel for a year, a month and a day, and then donated to charity.

Staff guarantee luggage service; please contact the reception at number 9 for any need.

All rooms are equipped with minibar, placed inside the wardrobe with wooden door; framing the QR code on the minibar, you can see the list of drinks.

The hotel parking, uncovered and unguarded is available to all guests.

On arrival, the staff will be happy to park the cars and keep the keys in Reception

The hotel has lifts and ramps, which allow access to fitted rooms and to all common areas.

Some rooms are besides available for those needing to use a wheelchair.

We invite you, however, to request this kind of room when making your booking.

For specific needs the Reception will provide all possible support

The Hotel has a limited number of rooms equipped for pets, where 4-legged friends will find a pleasant dog bed and bowls for food. In compliance with all, in the hotel there are some important rules for the stay of small friends:

  • The Hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet (maximum one per room) if your pet is 10kg or less, fully trained and restrained by you and complies with the local legislation requirements
  • Please note that there is a daily pet fee
  • Pets cannot access any food and beverage outlets and in any wellness and pool areas. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
  • Pet must be kept on a leash on hotel property unless it is in the guest’s room.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
  • There are dog’s areas near the hotel parking.
  • To protect the centenary park, pet cannot stroll in.
  • If pets remain unattended in the hotel room, please leave on the door handle the “do not disturb” sign.
  • Please contact our Housekeeping department at extension 9 to arrange for a convenient time to service your room. We will not attempt to service the room if the owner is not present and the pet is in the room.
  • If your pet is disturbing other guests/staff or causing damage, it must remain in your control.
  • You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners and its operators from all liability and damage suffered because of your pet. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or reservation to any Guest who does not comply with the pet policy of the Grand Hôtel Billia.

Grand Hôtel Billia offers room service for breakfast. In the opening hours of the restaurant, there is a service of dishes from the daily menu, which varies weekly; in the intermediate hours, you can taste a selection of dishes and sandwiches.

Each room is equipped with a safe which in placed in the closet.

Instructions for use and combination customization are clearly visible on the outside.

The Hotel Management outlines that guests are responsible for their own valuables in accordance with the Italian law and urges guests to put all such items in the room safe for security reasons.

It is forbidden to:

  • Smoke outside designated smoking areas and throw cigarettes off the balcony
  • Use any kind of open flame
  • Store inflammable, volatile or explosive substances (i.e. pyrotechnic materials).

Please call number 9 using any phone to report any emergency (fire, sudden illness, accident, etc.).

In emergency, as soon as possible, please:

  • follow Staff indications or the vocal evacuation message
  • don’t use lifts, but head to the emergency exits following the exposed signs, without wasting time.

In compliance with Italian law, all rooms and common areas at the Grand Hôtel Billia are non-smoking.

Some rooms have been reserved for smokers; please indicate this need at time of booking.

All year is available to Guests the indoor pool inside the SPA L’EVE. The heated outdoor pool – set in the secular park – is open from June to September.

The geographical conformation of the Aosta Valley means that the main communication route is by the central valley, in which we are located. The main roads in the region run along this route: the A5 Turin-Aosta motorway, the SS26 of the Aosta Valley and the Turin-Aosta railway line.

A bus service connects all the main locations of the Region and the schedules are available online in the transport section of the site www.regione.vda.it; as well as the train schedules.

For the chauffeur service simply contact the Reception (tel. 9), who will be happy to book any ride.

The electrical current in the rooms is 230 volts with standard Italian sockets. If you have other international plugs, the Reception can assist you with adaptors

If you love personal touch, you can call the reception at n. 9 for the traditional wake-up call.

In each room, as well as in the common areas is available free WI FI connection, to connect select the network WiFi-HBillia and type the password B1LL1A.h29

A SAINT-VINCENT

Presso la chiesa parrocchiale di San Vincenzo a Saint-Vincent è possibile partecipare alle funzioni religiose; l’orario delle celebrazioni varia stagionalmente. Il Ricevimento potrà darvi informazioni sugli orari. La chiesa è raggiungibile sia in auto, sia a piedi con una gradevole passeggiata di circa 10 minuti.

Available in the town Centre and reachable by car or on foot with a pleasant walk of about 10 minutes.
